It only offers a pack of five for eight pounds fifty. This seems to be a deliberate ploy to make those in urgent need overpay. Avoid this place.

No problem on my side so off I went, only to find that the items did not fit through the letter opening. So... back i went. I told the staff that i would have to drop it with him as they do not fit the letter opening. Heasked if everything is done, i replied yes, all done just needs posting. He then proceeded to ask me a further 2 more times the same question and if i am SURE its all done. At this point my reply was, does it not look like they are done? He then expressed that he works in WHS smith and the post office staff is not there. If you have a post office, at least have polite staff that are not condicending and train them to do the service you advertise.

Imagine being a Heathrow colleague using postal services on regular basis, coming down from another terminal, and need to wait for an hour because staff is not trained to use the system. I’m not even going to mention a passengers who’d have to urgently post something before departure.Completely unacceptable.
